1-on-1 Packages for Students and Families

 

Strategy Session 

This serves as a time to gather information and make recommendations. We want to get to know the student and understand the family’s aspirations and expectations. We discuss the academic strengths and interests; current transcript and future curriculum; extracurricular activities; and standardized testing calendar. In addition, you will receive The Starting Point assessment as part of your Strategy Session.

  • Review of transcript, future curriculum, test scores and activities
  • Suggest colleges that are strong matches based on strengths, interests, transcript, test scores and activities and legacy/athletic/artistic considerations
  • Discuss admissions strategies that maximize the possibility of getting in
  • Fee: $500

12th Grade Package

Includes Exclusive Access to our Membership Site and Custom College Plan Software
(Up to 18 meetings)

  • Meet up 18 times (from start – completion of applications)
  • Discuss academic plan including course selection
  • Outline a standardized testing plan
  • Strategies to stay motivated with academic classes
  • Suggest colleges that are strong matches based on strengths, interests, transcript, test scores and activities and legacy/athletic/artistic considerations
  • Discuss admissions strategies that maximize the possibility of getting in
  • Brainstorm innovative and effective essay ideas
  • Offer extensive suggestions for essay revisions as well as proofread essays and application
  • Assist with creating a resume
  • Suggest how to maximize fall college visits
  • Prepare students for fall interviews

11th Grade Package 

Includes Exclusive Access to our Membership Site and Custom College Plan Software
(Up to 12 meetings)

  • Meet monthly (from start –  May of Junior Year)
  • Discuss academic plan including course selection
  • Outline a standardized testing plan
  • Suggestions for summer activities
  • Suggest colleges that are strong matches based on strengths, interests, transcript, test scores and activities and legacy/athletic/artistic considerations
  • Discuss admissions strategies that maximize the possibility of getting in
  • Begin to brainstorm innovative and effective essay ideas
  • Assist with creating a resume
  • Suggest how to maximize spring college visits
  • Discuss the initial selection of teachers and other letters of reference for recommendations

10th Grade Package

(Up to five meetings)

  • Suggest a three-year academic plan including course selection
  • Outline a standardized testing plan
  • Strategies to stay motivated with academic classes
  • Select appropriate extracurricular activities
  • Suggestions for summer activities
  • Suggest colleges that are strong matches based on strengths, interests, transcript, test scores and activities and legacy/athletic/artistic considerations

9th Grade Package
